Delays and recommendations
Delivery times indicated are susceptible to possible modifications/ delays especially if the product is not in stock ad must be ordered to the manufacturer. If a shipment can’t take place according to schedule, the Customer will be kept updated on the delay. The seller shall not be liable for damage or loss suffered by the goods during shipment. Shipments travel is at customer’s risk and the customer himself assumes the responsibility to eventually claim on the shipping service for any damage suffered. For this inconvenience, the customer must directly contact the carrier of which he will have information at the time of confirmation of the shipment of the goods. For that reason, the customer must check the external packaging carefully when receiving the goods . If the integrity isn’t perfect, the customer must immediately inform the courier, and express it in the delivery note writing ACCEPTANCE WITH CONTROL RESERVATION, specifying with what type of reserve (eg the package is wet, the package is crushed , the parcel is partially open, etc.) The insurance is not valid if the customer has received the goods without checking the packaging and without expressing reservations.
