Description
Super-compressed, fine-grained ventilated and selected cork pulp roll, free from waste and impurities.
It has the same characteristics as the Bioflex pan panel, but in the roll version it is particularly suitable for laying underfloor.
It is an excellent acoustic insulator against impact and impact noise, it is very resistant to compression and crushing, so it can be applied directly under parquet, laminates, ceramic, natural stone etc.
It is an ideal thermo-acoustic mat for laying floating floors; compact, elastic and flexible it allows to level small irregularities and imperfections of the screed.
It is also suitable for laying on heated floors.
It is hygrospic, imputrescible, impervious to insects and rodents, it is completely natural, it does not contain formaldehyde, and unlike other synthetic insulators it does not release solvents or harmful and dangerous particles for the health of people.

Rotoli di sughero da 3 mm per isolamento pavimentazione
Sto costruendo una casa su due piani con seminterrato i cui muri perimetrali sono stati coibentati con polistirene.
Ultimamente mi è venuta l'idea di fare un isolamento termo-acustico anche delle pavimentazioni ma non volevo alzarmi troppo con il piano di posa per non diminuire l'altezza ultima dei vani che ritenevo un po' bassa.
Da tenere presente un'ulteriore difficoltà. Avevo già in corso la messa in opera delle tubazioni dei vari impianti.
Mi serviva, in sostanza, un materiale che avesse buone caratteristiche di isolamento anche in pochi millimetri.
Mi sono messo a cercare su internet e, per caso, ho scoperto il sughero con le sue eccezionali proprietà (questo materiale del tutto naturale realizza un taglio sia termico che acustico e previene la formazione di muffe e condense) che conserva immutabili per secoli anche in pochi millimetri.
Devo dire che dalle mie parti (in Puglia) il sughero non è che sia molto conosciuto dalle imprese edili.
Comunque ho consultato l'ingegnere che mi ha confermato la bontà del prodotto.
Così ho consultato diverse aziende del WEB e ho trovato la "Biosughero" che, oltre ad essere risultata quella economicamente più conveniente, si è dimostrata professionalmente impeccabile.
In men che non si dica avevo presso il cantiere i rotoli di sughero che mi servivano.
E' pur vero che ho avuto qualche problema a far passare il sughero sotto le tubazioni degli impianti ma al termine dei lavori gli stessi operai avvertivano nell'aria qualcosa di diverso. L'ambiente era più caldo e piacevole.
Certo che se avessi scoperto prima il sughero avrei fatto anche il 'cappotto' con questo materiale.

Ottimo prodotto
ho contattato l'azienda senza sapere bene cosa comprare. il personale mi ha consigliato non solo cosa acquistare ma mi ha anche delucidato sulle caratteristiche del prodotto, come e dove viene prodotto e mi ha ben spiegato i vantaggi che avrei potuto avere dal suo utilizzo. la consegna è stata puntuale con corriere che mi ha lasciato i rotoli proprio sulla soglia di casa e non giù al portone. ho montato il tappeto di sughero ed in effetti non c'è paragone con il classico tappetino da parquet. azienda consigliatissima sia per la qualità del prodotto sia per la competenza degli operatori.
