Application: with a silicone-type gun by zigzagging and dotting the 4 corners of the panel. It is only applied on the panel and not on the substrate. For installation on plasterboard, a coat of primer must first be applied.

Technical characteristics
Base component: MS Polymer hybrid sealant
Cleaner: WAKOL RV 105 Neoprene thinner, before adhesive is cured.
Open time: 5 - 10 minutes
Curing time: 2.5 mm layer - 24 hours
Temperature resistance: -40 °C to +90 °C in hardened state
Application: with suitable cartridge syringe
Storage temperature: between +5 °C and +25 °C, protect from excessive heat
Storage duration: 12 months at room temperature

Laying surfaces
The substrate and climatic conditions must comply with the requirements of the standards and information sheets. Substrates to be glued must be solid and resistant and free of dust, grease and oil. If necessary, sand beforehand.
Instructions for use
WAKOL MS 245 Montinator must be applied by forming strings on the substrates to be bonded, which must be joined within the open time
Special notes
Particularly suitable for parquet, skirting boards, stair profiles, edges, footboards and for sealing joints.
WAKOL MS 245 Montinator must not be processed at temperatures below + 5 °C and above + 40 °C.
Due to the large number of paints on the market, preliminary tests are recommended.
The paint must be applied to the sealant within 4 hours.
